Melina Juárez Segura

Partner coordinating the Environmental, Energy and Urban practice in Sotorisolve, specializing in the development of real estate, energy, industrial, tourism, agricultural and mining developments, emphasizing innovation businesses. Attorney-at-law graduated from Universidad Panamericana, while having studies in the Workshop in Negotiation from Notre Dame University, in Indiana, and a Masters Degree in International Environmental and Energy Law in Catholic Univiersity of Leuven in Belgium, as well as a Certification in Real Estate Law and the D1 High Management Program in IPADE, completing her business and legal vision.

She has an academic background through the teaching of Environmental and Energy Law in the Universidad Panamericana Law School, Guadalajara Campus, while also attending and participating as lecturer in various associations and institutions in our country, as well as in the USA through ABA (American Bar Association) and BMA (Mexican Bar).

She advises various sectors of the business community such as: CCIJ, COPARMEX, AMCHAM, AMPI, ANADE, AISAC and Hotel Association of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.

Additionally, she has been a representative of the ABA- American Bar Association before the Mexican Bar and member of the Steering Group for the International Environmental and Energy Law Committee of the ABA Section of International Law.
